Or you could enable directed broadcast on the vlan the PC is on and just do a port forward to the broadcast address.

That way you don't have to add static arps for every PC.

Hi,

I was successfully configured it. However, it looks like it won't auto update when there is new ports add or deleted in the cisco switch. The MRTG page always display the same ports. Is there any way make it auto detecting and displays probably?

Thank you.

1600 Mbps is 1.6 Gbps! Probably 16000 Mbps.

I knew how to trigger it in the same subnet, but not from another network. Thanks for the information.

GTAP is trully a wonderful programme. Its been a month now since I started and I must say it has not been an easy ride. Even though there is so much stress I know at the end it will be worth while.

I have passed CCNA and starting with CCDA on Monday.

Fabio, any tips that you can give regarding the programme, the TRP's and just in general how you managed to keep calm till the end of the programme?

From PC you can check the arp table.
You can check the traffic using SNMP query.
Waht type of loop?

How do you know in which traffic does the PC goes to? Can you monitor the traffic for each of the links? What happens when there's a loop? How will you react?
